Unable to Activate Tier 1 Plan for Different Account Due to Previous Login with Tier 2

i have the problem as i wrote to you - i bought tier 2 for me (my account) A@gmail.com then i bought tier 1 for B@gmail.com BUT i was logged with A@gmail.com as i clicked on appsoumo to activate the tier 1 and i was logged in automaticaly with my A@gmail.com which still had a tier 2 - but i cant click once more on activate link on appsumo so im not able to activate tier 1 to B@gmail.com
when i tried to activet it on B@gmail.com it wont wort see screenshot
